White Knight Ball Seat Lug Bolt, 14-mm x 1.50

My car was in for service that required these lug bolts and already up on the lift with the wheels already off. I also brought a punctured tire to be repaired. That tire was already off the rim and I had clearly marked the puncture. The rubber plug you used was probably worth about $1 so including glue there is no way your material costs were more than $2 and the repair itself was accomplished in minutes, certainly less than 5 minutes. My complaint is about the price you charged for that repair, $55 plus tax. That's outrageous. If you had had to bring my car into the garage, lift it, remove a wheel from the vehicle, find the puncture and then remove the tire from the rim to accomplish the repair and finally put everything back together and lower the vehicle to get it out of the garage then maybe your charge would have been reasonable but for the work you did your charge was a rip-off and as a result you have lost a client forever and likely lost the business of the dozens of drivers who now know of that rip-off. P.S. When I told the manager of the garage (the owner of the garage operation?) that the charge was outrageous he blew me off not even asking why I felt that way!

Excellent fit - my garage did not tighten down a lug nut and after a tire change it flew off the wheel…. I needed to find one fast on the evening before a long drive - did not wish to risk an unstable wheel because of a missing lug nut. The store had stock and the fit is perfect.
