Weak connection, bad product

The way this and every other accessory attaches to the robot is so weak, unreliable and imprecise. It's tough to know if you even have this all attached right, and it's so flimsy when it is, you're more likely to scare your cat from ever trying your robot.

Before I got these stairs, my kitten wouldn’t come near the LB. Once I got these stairs, she hops right in! And it helps with tracking on the floor a lot

Great Idea; Terrible Execution

I got the ramp with my shield purchase. It was a nice addition, but unfortunately it’s flawed. Anytime any of the cats jump in, BOOM it falls. Tried getting the ramp thinking it would make it more stable. Incorrect. Just a bigger boom and less safe.

Liked the old one better

It is tricky to angle it correctly for it to latch on. When latched it leaves a small gap that my cats use as a place to pee. So annoying! I like it’s size and it takes less space. Easy to clean. If using the cover on the front of the robot, the cover comes off too easily when dealing with the latch placement for the steps. Poor design there.
