Went through 3 grinders trying to process one deer, meat was chilled and I put the grinding blades in the freezer. As soon as you put a bit of a tougher piece of meat through, the auger slips and no longer works. One ended up in pieces across my shop because I didn’t have my receipt and couldn’t return it and having to make 3 different trips to town to process one 160lb deer lol ended up paying for a better grinder at the end of the day. Don’t buy this junk

A: I have put almost completely frozen pieces of meat through it without issue. The pieces were about 1.5 to 2 inches squared. It grinds better with very cold to beginning to freeze meat.
