[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Weston 9" meat slicer is a great size for our family, not too big or small. It's been a great addition to my kitchen. The slicer is sturdy and the 9-inch blade makes slicing through meats and cheeses a breeze. The adjustable thickness feature is awesome as it allows us to get a range of cuts from paper-thin to thicker slices, which is great for various uses.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive a meat slicer, but I was also terrified to try it! This machine is a good size, you will have to have space to store it. I read the directions and also watched videos on line about taking it apart to clean and my first slicing. I first removed the blade to clean, carefully and that was pretty easy. I washed all the parts before use and put it back together. No problem. I roasted a beef for sandwich meat, low and slow. I let it cool completely before slicing. It takes a minute to get your hands adjusted and off we went to slice. It was not as scary as I thought and it turned out great. I adjusted the width of the slices a few times and got it perfect for lunch meat. It was quick and easy! Clean up was a little bit of a mess. You can remove the blade, but some meat gets stuck in cracks and it is hard to clean. None of the other parts come off so it was hard to clean up perfectly but it got done. I gave it four stars because of the meat flakes that get stuck in the cracks that is annoying and hard to clean. Overall nice product that I will use more and more. Especially since buying lunch meat at the store has been a gamble with Listeria scares everywhere.
