Westlox alarm clock

My problem was more with the customer service on returning this product as it was put back on the shelf broken. I bought it broken but was given a hard time to get a refund.
I will no longer buy electric products from Cdn tire based on the return policy. Companies should honour the product they sell and accepts all refunds and not in-store credits.

A: Please follow the instructions on the manual. Plug the power cord into a standard outlet. The digital display will flash. TIME SET: While pressing and holding TIME set button, press the HOUR & MINUTES button as needed to change the time. Note: When setting the time, make sure you are in the correct AM or PM period as indicated by PM indicator on the display.
