The 90 LEDs within the flexible brass wire string cast a soft amber illumination perfect for draping over shelves, mantles, or banisters. Whether you use the included USB battery box with a timer for up to 8 hours of cordless convenience or plug the USB cable into a wall outlet, these lights are simple to set up and use. They come ready to shine right out of the box, with no assembly required. Caution, fire hazard! Do not buy!

Shorted out and started to melt usb adapter. Only by luck did I smell it before it could have burned my house down. Do not buy!

Dangerous and should not be sold

We had these lights on the tree, and after a while we heard a pop and electric sound. Then they stopped working. We had it plugged into the USB port - I think that it gives too much power and shorts out.

Pop in to Canadian Tire to pick up some of these pretty Fairy Lights! In only a few minutes ( open package, insert batteries …) one can easily create a delightful setting anywhere indoors to celebrate anything and everything, and to simply add cheer to the dark days of winter. I recommend them.

burning smell and quit working

I took a chance on these, but the first time we used one line, plugged into a USB plug, they quit working, and we smelled a burning smell.
I agree that if so many are reporting this they shouldn't be still on the shelves!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Almost cause on fire

After only a few days the strand suddenly went out. I looked at it and one of the bulbs was glowing red and smoking. Thank goodness I was in the room because I don't know what would have happened.
