Stand behind their fine print, not their products.

I used these hex keys for a short time, and after the sleeves got very loose and started sliding around, the ball end broke off of one of them. I Went through the Wera "warranty process" on their website, uploading pictures etc. only to receive an email 2 days later stating "Unfortunately, we must decline your warranty submission. L-Keys, bits, and bitholders are excluded from this warranty as they are classified as “consumable” items." My experience was that instead of standing behind their products, they would rather stand behind their fine print, and consider their products "consumable". Although having the price tag of a premium product, these products are more suitable to light homeowner type use. In my opinion if you use your tools professionally, you would be better off sticking with a brand like Bondhus that will stand behind their products.
