Q: Can this handleset be installed on a door that has the lower hole for handle set only drilled part way through door?(ie previous handle set had forward facing screw that didn’t require lower hole to be completely drilled through door to install handleset)

A: To keep the bottom of the handleset attached to the door, we recommend drilling the hole all the way through the door. Otherwise, the bottom portion may slide side to side.
