    Works exactly as advertised

I have had this device for almost 2 years. I use this on a daily basis on T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon on an iPad, iPhone 7 and Samsung Note 5. In the area that I'm in (Columbia River Gorge, WA and OR) this booster performs extremely well for my purposes. I use this booster for work, I do NOT depend on this device for data, only voice, however I was pleased to find it boosts AT&T and T-Mobile's HSPA signals. Verizon does not use HSPA but it did boost Verizon's EVDO (3G). I often experience issues maintaining phone calls but this is a defect with the iPhone trying to maintain the calls on VoLTE and I need it to revert to HSPA for this device to boost it. I often consider an upgrade to a 4G model but don't see the need at this point, especially with the price difference.
ProsEasy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Energy Efficient

    Yes, I recommend this product.

I picked up one of these after specifically going through all the web sites to see what supported Sprint's LTE 4G network. I've seen in many areas that this is a particular frequency that isn't covered by all devices, however going to weboot's website directly to look, I saw that they specifically covered this network. Low and behold, once I got it installed and working on the car (see others about ground planes for the antenna, etc like when I tried my RV), I was driving down Hwy 5 (middle of CA) where I typically lose connectivity for very long stretches. My bars on the phone remained and I was spot checking voice and constantly got that to work in places it never worked before, however the most important feature (data) was just as bad as before... ie, it didn't work most of the time. Since 3G isn't covered anymore in many places on Hwy 5 up and down the state, this device essentially became worthless for its intended purpose. Additionally, I have now seen others state that customer service told them it wouldn't work with Sprint's LTE 4G network even though their website even today on 12/1/16 still states that it does. What a waste of time this has been with this product.

No, I do not recommend this product.

    • A: Thank you for your question. As stated by the previous person, this booster will cover the 850 and 1900 MHz band. This will be the typical voice and 3G data service, for many carriers.
