Junky plastic handles

I bought 2 of these for my bathroom vanity. On the first one, the plastic handle broke and I cannot turn it on or off. The second one cracked, but still usable. I did not turn them the wrong way, but they're a bit sticky the first time you turn it from the factory and requires more force than normal. I will need to replace both of them. I don't know if replacement handles are available.

Brass Shutoff Valve

The product itself works as described. Used to connect copper to Pex after initially using a Pex/Copper to Poly B Connector ( not available through Canadian Tire) to split off a Poly B line. If you have Poly B it was recommended to me to use the a Quick Connector with one grey (Poly B) end and the other end brown. The pictures in the product description shows a toilet shutoff valve (chrome) as well as a brass 1/4 turn ball valve. It's the brass shutoff valve.

A: No just push tite together to make sure it seats I think thy work great plumbers don’t like them I’ve used them since they came out with them and never had any problems
