CT reselling returned items without quality check

I bought online, picked it up, brought it home... and it's not what was pictured here in the reviews.
1) The boxed was taped back together, so obviously I bought something returned by someone else.
2) There are empty bags, the cords are unravelled and tangled together, and there are pieces missing. I can't tell which ones; there is no package insert and I can only go by these pictures online. I didn't get the "30 pieces", at minimum.
3) There are no pockets inside the storage bag. They are all dumped in. There is no way to keep things in any kind of order, as appears in the review from another buyer (years ago).
No, I do not recommend this product.

Please note for the Wahl Home Barber Kit, the length of guards for both the Clipper and Trimmer are as follows: 10 Clipper guide combs (1/8" - 3mm, 1/4" - 6mm, 3/8" - 10mm, 1/2" - 13mm, 5/8" - 16mm, 3/4" - 19mm, 7/8" - 22mm, 1" - 25mm, Left ear taper, Right ear taper) plus 4 Trimmer guide combs (5 Position, 1/16", 1/8", 3/16").
