Decentbl weight, a bit to large for my wrists & hands

Seem to be well made, slightly larger than anticipated, actually shot right off my wrist during a vigorous hand movement. I either hold them on my palms or wear wrist bands to keep this from happening. The weight is good and has helped increase the calorie burn while I exercise.
