I really enjoy the 5-25 pound option. It’s easier to work with than the 5-52 pound size. This covers most of what I need. Super easy to select a different weight by turning the handle. Very pleased and highly recommend. I’m getting a second one.

Very Functional and Easy to Use

I have used these several times since purchase and find them to be great! It is very easy to ensure these weights all remain in fine form, simply by lifting the weights up straight from above and similarly returning them that way as well. It is so functional to have all of these weight options in one set of dumbbells. I am a woman, small build, 5' 5" tall and I find these weights to be very manageable and just what I was looking for to conserve space and to do workouts at home.

Q: Is there somewhere to get the user manual online?

A: There should be a manual in the package -- there was with mine. Otherwise, google the manufacturer and you will likely find the manual online. The most important thing is to remove and replace each dumbbell carefully, straight from above, so the individual weights on the ends go into their respective places without incident. Very simple actually. Also, you can adjust the weight by turning the dial on each weight clockwise or counterclockwise - then lift straight up from the "tray", and only the weight you have selected will be on the ends. I bought two so I have one set of dumbbells. Good luck! I love these weights!
