Ça fesait longtemps que je n’avais pas été servi de la sorte chez Canadian Tire. Un employé est venu nous voir moi et ma mère de 90 ans, et a été d’une gentillesse et patience comme ça fait longtemps qu’on a connu. Je comprends que depuis le COVID il y a moins d’employés et que c’est plus du chacun pour soi. Je crois que Canadian Tire a voulu montrer au gens que ça existe encore du bon service. Je n’ai malheureusement pas le nom de ce gentil monsieur qui est de couleur mais c’était vraiment agréable. Le magasin que nous avons visité est celui à côté du maxi sur le coin de Papineau, juste en dessous du métropolitain Merci à cet employé

Q: Went out and purchased CS6224-11 model wanted to add as extra phone. To these 2 phones-6949 But it’s not registering. Is it compatible? Do I have to buy similar made/model?

A: No, they are not compatible. You cannot register the CS62XX series to a CS69XX series base. The CS6949 comes in 3 different sizes, a single handset (CS6949), a double handset (CS6949-2) and a triple handset (CS6949-3). All 3 sizes are pre-paired at the factory, we do not sell any do-it-yourself after market add on handsets.

A: I cannot answer as the V-Tech I purchased had to be returned due to some defects with it and being during lock down ended up with a AT&T corded with messages and speaker phone that was far less complex and worked ok. Best for you is to contact V-tech directly
