Q: I bought the awesome BBQ in 2021 and the inner ceramic cracked. Who do i contact for warranty? the only Vision Grill company i can see online is based in US and i don't see Canadian Tire as a reseller. Thank you.

Q: Looks like a gas hookup as well. Can this double as a charcoal and gas bbq?
6 years agoA: The grill can be used as charcoal or a gas grill independently of each other. When you purchase it, it comes with the ash drawer at its bottom which you use when cooking with charcoal. After purchasing the propane gas insert, switching over is fairly easy. You will clean out the charcoal and ashes from the grill and remove the ash drawer. Slot the gas insert right into the place that the ash drawer was previously and you should be good to go.

Q: I was wondering how is the warranty? The big green egg for an extra 400$ has life time warranty. Did anyone get the insert so you can use propane tanks? How easy is it to switch between propane and charcoal? Has anyone tried the lava stone? Tbank you
6 years agoA: We have a lifetime limited warranty that exists for the ceramic on our grill. All you need to do is just register your receipt with us once the grill has arrived. The grill also carries a 5 year warranty on metal, 1 year on felt and the thermometer, and a 90 day warranty on the wood. For switching between propane and charcoal, it is fairly simple, all you need to is clean out the charcoal, pull out the ash drawer, then push in the gas insert and set it up. Overall it is about a 5 minute process and is quick to do.
