Would Rate 0 if I could

Purchased grill in spring of 2025 and by September 2025 grill stopped working “motherboard issue” was the determined problem.
Customer support is not very helpful as apparently there is no parts available and the only solution refund of grill but takes forever to receive cheque.
As of November 7 currently waiting on cheque which took two weeks for cheques to be issued “issue with processor and a anomaly was the reason I received” and then when sending cheques were unable to send with their first company so had to change but none of that information was relayed.
When grilled worked it was fine but personally once the cheque is received I will be purchasing a grill that has a better support system when problems occur especially at the price point
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great smoker

I have been eyeing this smoker for a couple years and it went on an incredible sale. So I bought one. I think it is being discontinued unfortunately, hence the reason for the sale. Even for the regular price it is an awesome pellet smoker. It works great and it looks great. I am surprised at the very good quality and it comes with a very sturdy cover. It is not designed to sear meat like some other pellet smokers, but that is not the way to use a smoker. You want long slow cooks. The temperature reads about 25 degrees too high at temperatures above 175. When on smoke mode it is supposed to be at 225 and it reads 225, but with a couple of different thermometers that I placed in beside the probe it is only getting to around 200 which is still fine for a long smoke. The meat probes read spot on. It once shutdown on its own in the middle of a smoke, as the pellets seem to have gotten hung up and were not feeding into the auger. So now I help to keep the pellets flowing into the auger by poking a spike down towards the auger every hour. Not sure if I want to do an overnight smoke where it is not being attended to.
