This is the first time I have purchased a Paderno knife. I do have cookware and other kitchen accessories from this line. I am finding that my new Paderno Santoku Knife is so far meeting my expectations. It is not too large or heavy and cuts larger vegetables and lettuces with efficiency. I'm very happy with my purchase.
