Q: What does flashing on button mean. How do you turn it off.

A: The "Brew/Off button" is not supposed to be flashing. according to Vida 1-800-263-9768. Mine had flashing the problem. Vida told me to take it back which I did. No problem in returning to CTC since I only bought it a day ago. You might try returning to CTC or, Vida has three year warranty, you can phone them about returning.

Q: After keep=warm mode ends, why does power button keep flashing. I press power button and it stops flashing but later it starts flashing again. How turn off. If no answer, will return for refund.

We are enjoying this Vida by Paderno coffee maker, it is easy to use and we can make 12-14 cups at a time. The auto shut off is a bonus. The coffee we make from this machine is very tasty. We have not used the programable button as of yet! Thank you
