Lousy toaster

I bought this a few months ago and wanted to return it but I waited too long. My bad on that but the toaster is not good. First, normal toast: Toasts more on one side of the slice. then the other. I don't mean opposite sides but on same side. So the slice is toasted OK on its left side but hardly toasted on right side. Same for back. Second, bagels: There is a button for bagels so that only the inner elements turn on which is the way it shoudl work. Except that after around a minute the outer elements turn on too and you end up with bagels burned on the outside and half toasted on inside!!!! Now I have to buy a new one and throw this one out. We had the previous toaster for 10 years or more and it still worked but ;ooked its age, so we wanted to get something new. Big regret!!

No, I do not recommend this product.
