DO NOT BUY! Extremely poor performance!

Extremely disappointed by this toaster that I purchased last week because it looks great but performs very poorly. Do NOT buy this toaster as it toasts unevenly, burns the top part and leaves the bottom raw. It also burns one side more than the other even after experimenting with different settings and timing, it just doesn't taste right and often the middle of the bread feels doughy. It makes a strange noise towards the end that feels like something is off and unsafe. I regret throwing away the box and receipt right away before trying it out as I'm moving places and wanted a new toaster and cannot return this one anymore. I wish I could get a refund but at least I hope others reconsider before buying and the company looks into fixing it. The design and colour is beautiful but not worth it because it makes your bread taste worse.

The claim of even heat distribution is simply not true. While the toaster looks good and the crumb tray works well, it performs poorly. It’s slow, the heat is inconsistent, and the bottom side of everything comes out darker or burnt. Bagels also take an unusually long time to toast.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Au début il fonctionnait bien mais 3 semaines après,il grillait juste d’un côté.Je l’ai retourné au magasin pour un remboursement mais ils n’ont pas voulu ,je devais en acheter un autre de la même valeur.J’en ai acheté un autre mais il fonctionne mal lui aussi.Je vais en acheter un autre mais plus jamais chez Canadian Tire,Je suis très déçu car j’ai déjà retourné un article et je n’avais pas eu de problème pour être remboursé.Je vais maintenant aller acheter ailleurs.
