Taking time to lesrn it and as I do, I like it more. Only issue is that the crumb tray is getting "burned" from the bottom element making it impossible to keep clean. Also, it is a little small. Nice for small counter space, but limits usability.

Q: I just purchased this toaster item and no matter what mode I choose I cannot get the temperature to go higher than 360. I've set it to 400 and 450 and it doesn't get higher than 360. I have 3 different oven thermometers inside and they all show the same.

A: I don’t know the answer to this question, but I am very, very disappointed about this toaster item. I have my own set of complaints - first one is that it doesn’t toast well. I have to flip it over for both sides to toast, and it either burns or doesn’t toast the bread at all. Also, the directions in book of instructions are absolutely vague…I still haven’t figured out how to change the preset temperatures, eg if bake default setting is 350, I cannot figure out how to change it to 400. Another frustration is that The buttons that one has to press/depress often get jammed and stay depressed, so you cannot do anything until the button decides to pop out into the correct position. I’m so frustrated that I dread making toast or even cook something basic in this machine. I wish I had bought the Cuisinart instead of doing the patriotic thing of buying a Paderno, a so called Canadian brand.

A: I think the basket and grill might be stainless or maybe aluminum. Pan I think is definitely aluminum I would say. Nothing is non stick

A: This air fryer oven can fit 6 slices of toast or a 12"(30.5cm) pizza. And the air fryer basket fits up to 4lb (1.8kg) of food. The containing quarts/litres differs with different food. The internal dimension is 322L*307D*193H mm.

A: Wash all the attachments with mild soap and water. Use a damp soft cloth to clean the inner surfaces of the oven; remember to clean it regularly. Do not clean with abrasive cleaners or abrasive cleaning pads. Do not immerse the unit in water to clean the appliance. For more cleaning cautions, please refer to manual page 11.
