    This Vida by Paderno 2-in-1 poultry roaster works well. I roasted a whole chicken using this in my grill and it turned out really well.

    This is one of the most simple yet useful tools for your grill, you can either pop a whole chicken on the tray insert to keep it upright and allow for an even crisping of the skin, lay the chicken on it and wrap the whole thing in tinfoil, cook veggies on it, roast corn, the possibilities are only limited by your creativity. The tray is durable and the stainless steel build will last for a long time if taken care of, makes it much easier to cook entire meals outside on the grill
