Strong and mighty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not quite figured out what I want to use these for yet- but the durability of the Velcro itself is awesome. The hold of the two parts is tight. The small pieces make for a good conceal so they aren’t seen when used. The strength is good. I just don’t know if as pictured my seasonings is the right way I want to go with this.

Q: Can this be used to hold up smoke detectors?

A: I would not recommend using these. The detector has to be securely mounted to the ceiling where necessary. Those will never work on stippled ceilings. You wouldn't want it to fall down and not be heard or broken if velcro tabs are used. Please do it right.....
