This style of toy has four characters, not one. The image makes it appear ss though they have the main character. For roys with multiple characters, multiple listings or at least multiple selection options should be available. We wasted a trip to the store, because it appeared as though the main character was in stock, when it was not.

The woman manning the desk was very responsive. Although we arrived before we received the email that the toy had been pulled, she took care of us by having the toy pulled and was very friendly.
