The sensor is not reliable. I have to put my hand in a very specific place with a very specific gesture to activate it. Avoid this product.

Okay if you don’t mind mess
2 years ago
Dispenser lets out too much soap (too quickly) and sensor is too sensitive. Soap often ends up on counter. One comment about quickly lowering hand after triggering dispenser works most of the time…if you want to educate your guests every time they use it.
