Overall I'm pleased with the product

For the most part it was easy to assemble until it came to installing the white shelves, they are labelled # 7-9 but weren't labelled indicating which side is the front/back
The white shelves should be labelled to indicate which side is the back side because the holes aren't centered in the middle. So depending on which way you insert the shelves, they sit more forward one way and more back the other way. So trying to figure out which way to put them all was super frustrating.
There is quite a large blemish on one of the wooden "ladder" rungs, I was a bit disappointed by that. I got the shelf on a great clearance deal, so I can't complain about the price

Not impressive. The wood is soft so screws for hooks needed to be glued. Really low quality. It's fine but would never pay full price for it.

I bought one of these, returned as the entrained screws kept coming out. I ended up buying two more thinking it was a one off. NOPE… it’s all junk. All the inside pieces kept coming out. It is flimsy and I am so incredibly disappointed in this company and brand.

Could be better - especially the instructions

This unique product has an almost perfect design for a unique corner that I needed to manage. Luckily, I didn't need coat pegs because the wood and screws supplied for them were not fit for purpose. One broke during assembly. The instructions were ambiguous, especially when it came to orienting the shelves. The embedded bolts on one of the shelves actually allowed the screws to go off path during assembly. Luckily the resulting mar in the finish was hidden once it was all assembled. When I finally got it all together, it was what I needed and looks like it will serve me well, as long as I don't want to use the coat pegs.

Q: What type of wood is it? Is it stained? Looking to put it in my bathroom wet room.

A: The rails are a solid light coloured wood finished with a clear finish. I don't know what wood species. The three shelves are finished on all surfaces with a hard white paint. I can't tell if they are solid wood or some composite material. I would not advise using this unit in a wet environment.
