I have been searching for an inexpensive solution to complete my spare room. With a small home we lack closet storage. This is sturdy and hung a considerable amount of clothes. Great quality and great price.

Attractive but packaging is wasteful

We bought two of these to tide us over while we wait for proper closets. It's certainly the most attractive we came across, and fairly sturdy. It has accommodated a lot of clothing. Unfortunately the packaging contains a huge amount of styrofoam, which is a pain to deal with responsibly as it makes a mess and requires a trip to the recycling depot. I got very frustrated with little bits clinging to my hands and spilling on the floor. Styrofoam is also terrible for the environment. I would implore the manufacturer to do better and provide plastic-free packaging. Had I known there was styrofoam in the package I would not have bought it and as such wouldn't recommend it to a friend.

Looks great but is not great

I purchased this based on Canadian Tire's product description, which states that the weight capacity is 88 lbs. Know that the max weight is 33 lbs - not 88!! Also, the bottom white slats are flimsy and the paint easily flakes. For the price, I'd say keep shopping! It gets two stars simply because it's pretty and will serve its purpose in my home.
