Q: I used hot water and cooking oil with paper towel to get off the label (see my review). Once done, I notice that some of the finish has come off the utensil holder. Should this happen? I will be returning it. teach

We will investigate on our end to try and understand what may have happened exactly and to see if any product improvements can be made to prevent this from happening in future.
