Design/packaging issues like dollar store item

1. The foot pedal opener is angled down - foot slides off and will only work if pushed up against a wall. 2. The massive brand sticker did not come off cleanly; Impossible to get off the remaining glue so it is still on front of can - a very unattractive look! 3. The inside bag system does not allow one to hide the bag and when full is no easy to take out of the can. All is all a VERY disappointing purchase!

Disappointing...we recently purchased 2 cans for our work place and are not happy with the quality of the bucket handles. The handle fell off while carrying it which caused a HUGE mess!! They were very expensive (even on sale) so we won't be buying them again!!

A: There's various capacities - 12, 20, and 30 L I believe. We have the 12 L in the bathroom and 20 L in the kitchen.

Q: i just purchased your stainless steel step can product number 42-3271-6. Is there a way to keep the lid up if required. When I am spending a lot of time in the kitchen preparing meals I like to leave the lid up to easily throw waste in and not have to use the foot pedal all the time. Is there a trick to doing this?

A: You'd have to disconnect the foot pedal mechanism.. would not be recommended..

Q: I would like to know the height & diameter of the different sizes you carry. The reason being is I have some smaller spaces I would like to put one of these but don't know I diameter. This way I can measure the space and be sure to buy the right size and not have to fuss with returning until I get the right one. Thank you.
