Q: Can anyone advise how secure the lid is when it is attached? I have purchased bins before for moving and don't want to have to tape the lids on! Help appreciated!

A: I used them for lightweight home storage and the lid is ok. Cannot overload as material is not very sturdy. For moving purposes I would suggest taping for added security.
