Terrible product!

The pieces really do not fit together. The plastic piece while holds the rods together does not fit over the metal rods, really leaving u with no choice but to return the product. It took me almost 4 hours of trying before I gave up. Save yourself the time and do not purchase this product.

You Gotta Make it Work

Cheap quality. It says you need a "star screwdriver" for assembly.. no, you don't just need a screwdriver, you need a hammer to really push those poles together. Goodluck reading the manual maybe just look at the picture Overall, with little to no movement the hangar has been doing just fine! :)

Je ne recommande pas ce produit. Les pièces sont très difficile , voire impossible, à assembler (comme si ce n’était pas les bons morceaux). De plus, une fois tout assembler, une des roulettes étaient plus haute que les autres d’un pouce, rendant le rack chambranlant.

Frame too light

I purchased this rack a month ago and used it to hang a few tops and sweaters. They slowly sink to the floor every time I raise them. The plastic clips cannot support any weight.
