A: The wheels are quite large but the clearance of the bottom of the bag is half that, so I think it would pull OK but get wet

A: The product is a foil insulated bag. The insulation is part of the bag design, like a cooler tote bag for the beach.

Q: Can I take it up on the stairs as I live on the third floor and do not have any elevator? What is the purpose of insulation, does it work during extreme cold months?? Can I take it in transit also? How much weight can I put inside? Thanks

A: Hello. Thank you for your questions. I live in a house where the kitchen is on the second floor. Here's my experience. First, simply fold up the cart and it's easy to take down the stairs. Taking it up while loaded is both trickier (balance) and because the wheels are plastic. The wheels are sturdy but could easily be damaged or break off if you lose your grip on the handle. Still, if you handle it carefully and don't Overload the bin it should give you a few years if service even if you haul it up the stairs. I have a 2 km/15 min walk to my grocery story. I have not had a problem with a L of milk freezing. Same for the milk spoiling in summer when it's 30. You can easily take it on transit folded up, but I don't think that's what you mean. Yes, you can take it on a bus or subway. Most buses and the TTC cars are level with the sidewalk so it's easy to roll on to the vehicle. The larger tires make this easy. The maximum weight is 33 pounds according to the CT website. You'll get away with it if you put a few extra pounds in, but rolling the cart off a curb or down the stairs means you are more likely to break the plastic tire or axle. Overall this is a great way to get a few bags of groceries home, but you need to remember it's not a tank.

Q: I purchased your shopping cart Type A, insulated bag. It is suppose to fold up but for the life of me I cannot figure out how. Doesn't seem to be any moving parts to allow it to fold up. No directions. How does it fold?

A: Yes this shopping cart does fold up. You pull up on the front bottom bar it will click out of the plastic case and fold up. I have included some pictures that will hopefully help.
