Missing Pieces

The shower caddy is fine, but the ADHESIVE STRIPS to cover the pipe joints (TO PREVENT RUSTING) were MISSING from the box. I asked if they sold adhesive strips or something similar, that they could provide me with to replace those that were missing, but they told me NO (which seems highly unlikely to me). So, I covered the joints with teflon tape - it was all I had - but I doubt it'll help. When the rust starts to appear, it'll be my constant reminder of Canadian Tire's service.

Missing spring

Check inside the box the spring was missing in mine too it back check the next box and it also was missing the spring they said was inside tube B. NOPE. Seems to be poor quality compared to the one I purchased 5 years ago. Buyer beware.

Bought it and it was missing 2 different sets of pieces. Exchanged it for a brand new box, and it was still missing a piece. Absolutely unimpressed with this product

Poor design. Needs improvement.

I had to return your Type A 3-Shelves Tension Pole Shower Caddy because it was useless. The design was very poor, and the poles cannot be connected without coming loose. The spring was longer than the old model and extremely difficult to push into the pole. I really wish you continued producing the old model because it was perfectly designed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

A: IDK the minimum but I used this in a 6ft shower and it was fine. Has room to go even shorter.
