Bought this brand new trimmer and it's nice and powerful trimmer but it's hard to start and it gave me a blister. Trimmers shouldn't be doing this to customers.

A: its a "2-cycle" which means yes you are mixing fuel 40:1. if you want straight gas you need to look at a "4-cycle"
