    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i need a replacement 2890 storm tracker track model 31AH7FP4B66 this one has a manufacture defect and needs to be replaced and i can not get any help from calling and e-mailing they hang up on me and will not let me talk to warranty department and they tell me i can not contact warranty department and hang up on me i am trying to just get a replacement pluss this is a 2017 model and i just bought it 8/15/2025 .

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 5 years ago, I perform annual maintenance, and this doesn't disappoint. I have a very steep driveway and last week's snow/ice storm left 6 inches of slush and ice on the slope. the treads pull the snowblower through and got the driveway cleared.

    Poorly Designed

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The transmission on this is virtually useless. There are seven forward gears; there is virtually zero difference in speed between gears two and seven. The two reverse gears are painfully slow if you have to actually back up the unit. The augers don't seem to handle anything more than 2-3" unless you are in first gear. Any faster will leave snow coming out of the side, unless you overlap your previous track by more than 50%. The controls for the chute deflector angle on top of the chute bind regularly, leaving the chute deflector aimed for max height, so idf there's any wind you get plenty of snow blown back in your face.

    Thought I would be buying a good one

    Bought this after dealing with poor other options in past, spent almost 3000$ when done and it’s been a pain. Headlight went within a day. Snapped at connections and told they don’t sell them. Had to search and finally got it. Now when in reverse it goes forward. Thing bogs up very easily as well. I’m really disappointed in the unit. I hope that they will make it right or something cause I’m done spending time clearing and fixing this. Been loyal to the brand but there’s only so much people can take.
