Disappointing mower

Bought this as a replacement to another Troy Bilt. It will be my last TB mower. The self-propelled mechanism is underwhelming, my previous version had the large rear wheels and was much better for the slight incline in my yard. The upper handle has failed twice in the first two years of ownership, it is flawed. Tired of replacing the handle every year.

Worst mower I ever had

Awful mower. The front wheels only turn when they are not in contact with the ground. I started it with the lower mowing position and it was impossible to move. We even thought it was broken. The only way to mow is to put the higher position and push it hard. Terrible mower. I hate it.
