Q: I have an electric bike (look like a scooter) & I need a weatherproof cover. I purchased a regular cover & stored it on my balcony. The bike is in tac, but the cover got slits over the winter time. Can I buy a cover that is weatherproof? I await your response. Sincerely, Lisa Ling

A: As we are not aware of what size machine you have, there is the potential that you have the incorrect size cover. We see that you purchased a small motorcycle cover where again depending on the size of the machine, a scooter cover (27-5153 or 27-2154) may be more size appropriate. An improper fit cover will allow for excess material and may contribute to wear on the cover as a result of wind flap or friction against sharp edges, etc. Alternatively and depending on the size of the machine, you could potentially upgrade to the premium level cover. The heavier polyester fabric cover does offer increased durability and machine protection against the elements. Again, you would need to confirm that size selection is available for their size of machine. The smallest cover offered in this level is 27-2155.
