This thing is light, reasonably quiet and has good battery life. We use primarily on small area rugs and stair carpeting where the light weight makes a difference. It does a good job on cat hair and the brush doesn't get too tangled. The collector is a little small and feels awkward to empty without a small dust storm. Maybe I just need to learn correct technique.

You won’t be disappointed

This stick vacuum has been said to be the more affordable solution to the overrated Dyson. I’m so pleased with this purchase. I’m not asking it to do much. Pick up kitty litter, dirt from working in the garden and clean a few throw rugs. The MAX suction setting nearly ate a throw rug! For my small apartment it’s the perfect space saving solution. Bonus - it’s quiet enough that it doesn’t wake up my husband or scare the cats!

overheating problem right out of the box

almost immediately started overheating I checked all the problems and definitely was an overheating problem because the back where the battery is was hotter than usually should be contacted the company and said that the main body was unavailable they said that they would contact me when it is

Q: I have this vacuum and when I try to vacuum my small area rug on MAX after it charges all night, it stops and blinks red. The canister is empty and nothing is stuck in the roller. Do I have a lemon? It is less than 6 months old and used very sparingly.

Additionally, do not use it on wet surfaces or surfaces with standing water. Regarding whether it will scratch hard floors, the machine is generally safe for standard hard floors. However, to ensure it is suitable for your specific flooring type, we recommend doing a small test in a localized area first before full application. Q: Can we use this for a ceramic floor. I bought one before but it scratched mu flooring bec there is those plastic rubbery wheels to let it move around. What touches the floor?
