Q: Has anyone used the Tineco iCarpet on high pile carpet or more specifically, shag carpet? How did you find it to work? Thanks in advance!
2 years agoA: We used it only on a shag carpet and the results is almost ok (sometimes willing it have more power to clean the old dirt). Unfortunately, never used it on a high piles, so nothing to.reccomend on it

Q: Is this cleaner safe with wool carpets?
2 years agoA: Hi Carol - Short answer: Yes, but test it first. Long answer: Some Loop Berber carpets, Natural Fiber (including silk and wool), and Soft Fiber carpets can fuzz with wear. Some vacuums & carpet cleaners can worsen this carpet wear. If cleaning on Berber, Natural Fiber, or Soft Fiber carpeting, first test a small hidden area of carpet by running the carpet washer over it. If no fuzzing or over saturation occurs, continue cleaning. Avoid over saturating Berber carpets.
