Q: will this muffler fit on a 1995 GMC SAFARI.
3 years agoA: Hi There, Assuming that the factory system is still installed on the Safari Van, the original muffler featured offset, 3” inlet and 2.5” outlet. The muffler body is 20” long, or 24” including the inlet and outlet. The universal thrush muffler is not a direct fit for this application. For universal mufflers, additional fabrication may be required to adapt to the muffler to the rest of the factory exhaust system, including additional adapters, pipe extensions, hangers and clamps. If you do not have previous experience adapting or modifying parts to fit, universal mufflers may not be the best solution for your specific situation. Direct Fit applications include the Walker Quiet Flow 112-1163-0, vendor part # 22772, or the Walker Sound FX 112-0263-8, vendor part # 18223. These parts are made specifically for your vehicle and will be a much simpler installation. For the Thrush Universal Turbo series, the part numbers with the closest specification to the original muffler are: 112-8384-2, vendor part # 17696. This muffler has offset 2.5” inlets and outlets and has a 14” body length/18.5” overall length including the inlet and outlet. 112-8387-6, vendor part # 17118. This muffler has an offset 2.5” inlet and centered 2.5” outlet and has a 20” body length/25” overall length including the inlet & outlet. Both Thrush Universal Turbo mufflers will require significant work to adapt to your vehicle.

Q: Will it fit a 2001 Toyota Sienna ?
3 years agoA: Hi There, The factory exhaust system for a 2001 Toyota Sienna employs 2 muffler assemblies, which each include the intermediate exhaust pipes as well. Adapting a universal muffler to either the front or rear location will require extensive modifications and is not recommended unless you have experience with custom exhaust fabrication. However, if you have the necessary experience/tools and your vehicle still has the factory exhaust system, the specifications for the factory mufflers are shown in the images below. Please note that you will need additional exhaust hardware (i.e. clamps, pipes, etc.) to replace your muffler.
