A: yes, we put it into a hand foam dispenser and add water(I think the ratio is 4 parts water to 1 part of this soap)

Q: Is there a spout to pour from the box into my soap bottle? How is the liquid soap stored within the box packaging?

A: There is a spout in the front portion of the box. You will need to open the box in front and you will find the spout.
