Disappointed

No instructions on how to adjust and it appears you cannot adjust the length. There is a plastic thing on either side of the skipping rope that is either fragmented on broken on either side. I never even had a chance to try it. Returning it ASAP!

Perfect blend of a jump rope

This was my 3rd jump rope I've purchased to use during my workouts, and by far the best setup (compared to light rope with weighted handles, and a speed rope). The rope and handles are a good weight and not too heavy. I've borrowed jumpropes in gyms and have had a couple break at me on the handles. This one only has small wearing down of the rope by the handles after 2 consistent years of use.

Great Rope But One Problem

This rope is a great weight for training and fitness. Easy to adjust for your height . Only thing is, if is the inner mechanism gets dislodged or the bearing does not work properly the rope will twist like crazy. This happened to mine when only one handle spun correctly. I fixed it and now it is a great rope again that I use everyday

Q: How do you adjust the rope length?

A: The rope length is not adjustable, there is an error on the packaging. The weight is adjustable by either leaving the metal weight in or taking it out.

Q: Are the weights in the handles removable ? Are the weights removable in the handles? Can you take them out to use the rope without the weights in them?
