Q: Is there a way to prevent the platform from spinning—a method to lock it in place?

1 Answer

A: Tere is no way to prevent the platform from spinning. It needs to spin to elevate, or lower, the transmission, and it cannot be locked in place as this would prevent the transmission jack from telescoping and working correctly. We do not recommend any type of modification to lock the platform in place, neither, as this would invalidate the warranty and the safe use of the item.
