Died after a year

This worked fairly well for several months. Then it started to misbehave, the toast wouldn't stay down. Within a year it was DOA.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Does not work

I bought this recently and the levers won't stay down. It feels very flimsy, so the non-operational levers aren't very surprising. Do not buy this.

Not a great buy

I recently purchased this toaster to replace a similar T-fal which I had for nearly 10 years. This toaster is definitely not worth the money. It toasts unevenly, burnt on one side, not on the other. It launches toast onto the counter. When set to 3 it will not toast anything. But when set to 4 it burns everything or at least one side. If I could find my receipt, I'd return it.

Had the TFal Avante for years and never had an issue until we moved, and something got stuck in it and killed it. Bought the Maison a month ago and it's awful! The dial for the settings is a joke. No matter what setting it's on it only toasts for 20 seconds and pops up. It's takes minutes andto toast a piece of bread. Don't have the box or bill otherwise I would return it. Ugh!
