so far so good would need to review this in 1 years time. Decent product at a decent price selection of pots and pans need to be considered as Jumbo pan instead of standard fry pan is not a plus unless you have a large family. as is is open stock other pot or pans can be added to suppliment the set

A: To maintain optimal performance of your set, I would use these on medium heat when you are cooking. If you are looking to sear something for a short amount of time on a higher heat source, you can do this as well. However I wouldn't cook on high for the duration of the food. Hope this helps.
