Well, practice run worked ok for some smiley fries. Says to only line the bottom of tray not overlap, but in that case u could cook enough to feed only a small child. We filled the basket and cooked longer and they cooked. I do think bigger might be a better option for a family. Can’t stop the timer or lessen the time. Once turned to let’s say 15 minutes (but u meant to make it 10, there’s no way to shorten the time. U have to let it run and use an alternate timer and watch it. They should send out review requests after a few months, not days…long enough to give a better review.

Simple Design

Air fryer works as it should. Simple controls. Not to large, so we can store it away in a cupboard, as we did not want another appliance sitting out on the counter. So far we have only used it for home cut french fries, and it did an awesome job.

Q: Can I reasonably cook 4 chicken breasts or two steaks? And I guess enough fries for two people for dinner?

A: You could probably cook four chicken breasts or steaks if they were not too large. Fries would have to be cooked serperately. I bought this unit and it works very well but not big enough for cooking for more than 2 people.
