Springfield PA location doesn't follow directions. I ordered this bundle and asked for special instructions to replace the pink balloons with gold or black. Delivered with pink balloons. Not to mention the other balloons I ordered with it were delivered deflated. Ordered online with delivery for the convenience just to have to go to the store and return the balloons.
