I bought this for a Santa gift and the front wheel is terribly bent . You cannot imagine the look on my daughter's face when she tried to ride it in the house . My daughter is 9yrs old and had really believed in Santa but now she is asking the hard questions . I am really trying to keep her belief alive, but I think she would be so disappointed . When I purchased it, the box was open but the sales associate and I checked that all the parts were there and they were. When we put it together on Christmas Eve , we saw the wheel was bent but we had no choice to exchange it . How do I explain to my daughter that I have to get a different bike? Santa would never deliver a broken toy. Ok course I will return it or exchange it but at the time it was the only one that was the right size.
