Disappointing Quality &Terrible Customer Service

I wish there was a zero-star option for this bike. It’s the worst purchase I’ve ever made. After just a few days of riding, the front rim bent after hitting a normal speed bump—something you encounter in any neighborhood. If it can’t withstand that, it’s clear this bike is not built for real-world conditions. What makes this situation even worse is their poor policy of not repairing or replacing it, even after just a week of purchasing. Save your money and avoid this bike at all costs. There are plenty of other options on the market that offer better quality and durability. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Just purchased this bike for my kid, it was on sale for a great price. looked sturdy and worked fine. The only issue we had was that the kickstand would not stay up when riding and would not hold the bike when not in use. my son had to stop once to place it back into the leveled position so he could ride it. a few minutes later, he went over a crack on the road and the kickstand much have came down again without him noticing because he heard it get stuck it the crack . my son couldnt not hold himself up on it in that moment and he fell over to the side, now hes in the ER with 2 fractures in his arm. Purchased in blainville at 4:30pm on Sept 22nd 2024, in the hospital by 7:30pm on the same day

No, I do not recommend this product.
