A: Yes there is a quick release seat post clamp you can loosen to adjust the seat height, keep in mind the minimum insertion line on the seatpost and don't raise above that. For the handlebars - the stem that connects to the handlebars is height adjustable on this bike. Keep in mind the minimum insertion line must remain inside the frame when adjusting.
